Qualità Tecniche ELASTRONG RASATURA ELASTICA by OIKOS è uno speciale rasante elastico, ideale per la rasatura di superfici interessate da microcavillature e setolature su pareti esterne. Formulato con speciali elastomeri acrilici, fibre sintetiche e cariche inerti antiritiro, il prodotto è facile da applicare, ha una buona adesione al supporto ed elevata elasticità, inoltre previene la formazione di muffe ed alghe. Dona compattezza e omogeneità all’intonaco, facilitando l’adesione delle mani successive di prodotti di finitura, consentendo un risparmio di pittura. Il prodotto è particolarmente indicato su supporti come: intonaco civile, cemento armato, pannelli prefabbricati. Con basso odore, non infiammabile, amico dell’uomo e dell’ambiente. Preparazione dei Supporti Pulire le superfici da pitturare, asportando eventuali parti in fase di distacco. I supporti nuovi devono essere ben asciutti e stagionati. Modalità di Applicazione Su supporti vecchi, assorbenti e polverosi applicare una mano di fissativo NEOKRYLL by OIKOS e attendere 4 ÷ 6 ore per l’essiccazione. Applicare, con una spatola di acciaio inox, una mano di ELASTRONG RASATURA ELASTICA. Per ottenere una superficie regolare ripassare dopo alcuni minuti sempre con il frattazzo in acciaio inox. Non contiene solventi tossici, aromatici, clorurati. Non si verificano polimerizzazioni pericolose. Il prodotto costituisce sostanza non pericolosa se utilizzato in modo tecnicamente idoneo. Si suggeriscono le normali cautele previste per la manipolazione delle pitture a base acquosa. Per lo stoccaggio e la movimentazione non sono previsti particolari accorgimenti; i contenitori, i residui ed eventuali spargimenti, raccolti utilizzando materiali assorbenti inerti quali: sabbia, terra, ecc., vanno smaltiti in conformità alle disposizioni nazionali o regionali vigenti. I supporti nuovi devono essere ben asciutti stagionati. Per uniformare l’assorbimento e compattare supporti sfarinanti, applicare un primer del tipo BLANKOR by OIKOS. Utilizzando una spatola di acciaio inox, a supporto pronto applicare una mano di un rivestimento elastico continuo del tipo ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA by OIKOS, in maniera omogenea e per uno spessore dato dal granello. Successivamente con lo stesso attrezzo procedere, con movimenti circolari, alla lisciatura e lamatura della parete. Il tutto deve essere realizzato nel rispetto delle norme d’applicazione, al costo di .................. al m² compreso materiale e posa in opera, esclusi ponteggi. Scheda Tecnica EXT/re/02 Scheda Tecnica EXT/re/02 Technical Qualities ELASTRONG RASATURA ELASTICA is a special elastic screed, ideal for exterior walls subject to hairline cracks and micro fissures.. Its special acrylic elastomers, synthetic fibers and anti shrinkage inert fillers, makes the product easy to apply, guarantees excellent adhesion to the substrate and gives it outstanding elasticity, further more it prevents the development of mould and algae. The product helps compact plasters, making adhesion of further applications easier, allowing a saving of further coats of paint. The product is recommended for substrates such as civil plasters, reinforced concrete and prefab panels. It has a low odour level is non inflammable and is friendly to both humans and the environment. Ideal Use Interior and exterior surfaces that are subject to hairline cracks. Surface Preparation Clean the surfaces to be treated and remove loose or flaking materials. New substrates must be thoroughly dry and mature. In case of old, absorbent and powdery substrates, apply first one coat of NEOKRYLL by OIKOS allowing 4 ÷ 6 hours for drying. It does not contain toxic solvents, aromatics or chlorides. There is no risk of any dangerous polymerisation. The product is considered to be a non dangerous substance if used in the technically correct manner. Normal cautionary measures for the handling of water based paints are advised. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual spilt material should be cleaned up using absorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time.
