Qualità Tecniche ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA by OIKOS è un rivestimento elastico continuo a grana media, ad effetto spatolato. Il prodotto è formulato con speciali resine acriliche elastomeriche in dispersione acquosa, che conferiscono al prodotto un’eccezionale resistenza agli agenti atmosferici, agli acidi, ai raggi U.V., e ai cicli di gelo e disgelo. Graniglie di marmo e di sabbie a granulometria selezionata e cariche coprenti a base di biossido di titanio donano al prodotto notevole copertura e un pregevole effetto estetico. ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA è dotato di ottimo potere riempitivo, ottima copertura e un eccellente potere idrorepellente, mantenendo una buona traspirazione del supporto, inoltre previene la formazione di muffe ed alghe. Le speciali resine acriliche impiegate e l’aggiunta di fibre sintetiche rendono il prodotto elastico, allungabile e molto flessibile e quindi indicato per la protezione e il ripristino di tutte le superfici murali, in particolare dove ci sia il rischio di screpolature o crepe. Nel caso sia necessaria una maggiore prevenzione nei confronti di alghe e muffe si consiglia di aggiungere al prodotto l’apposito additivo sanitizzante STERYLPLUS. Con basso odore, non infiammabile, amico dell’uomo e dell’ambiente. Campi d’Impiego Pareti esterne soggette a cavillature e crepe. Preparazione dei Supporti I supporti devono essere ben asciutti e stagionati, l’intonaco nuovo deve stagionare almeno 30 gg per permettere la completa carbonatazione. Spazzolare o sverniciare accuratamente la superficie al fine di rimuovere le parti incoerenti; se si tratta di opere di ripristino, infiltrazioni di acqua o perdite devono essere eliminate. Applicare l’apposito fissativo BLANKOR by OIKOS. Attendere 6 ÷ 8 ore prima di applicare i prodotti di finitura. Modalità di Applicazione Utilizzando una spatola di acciaio inox, applicare una mano di ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA, in maniera omogenea e per uno spessore dato dal granello. Successivamente con lo stesso attrezzo procedere, con movimenti circolari, alla lisciatura e lamatura della parete. Non contiene solventi tossici, aromatici, clorurati. Non si verificano polimerizzazioni pericolose. Il prodotto costituisce sostanza non pericolosa se utilizzato in modo tecnicamente idoneo. Si suggeriscono le normali cautele previste per la manipolazione delle pitture a base acquosa. Per lo stoccaggio e la movimentazione non sono previsti particolari accorgimenti; i contenitori, i residui ed eventuali spargimenti, raccolti utilizzando materiali assorbenti inerti quali: sabbia, terra, ecc., vanno smaltiti in conformità alle disposizioni nazionali o regionali vigenti. Il trasporto deve avvenire in osservanza degli accordi internazionali. Voci di Capitolato Pulire le superfici da pitturare asportando eventuali parti in fase di distacco. Su supporti vecchi, assorbenti e polverosi, applicare una mano di un fissativo del tipo NEOKRYLL by OIKOS. I supporti nuovi devono essere ben asciutti e stagionati. Successivamente applicare, con una spatola di acciaio inox, una mano di un rasante del tipo ELASTRONG RASATURA ELASTICA by OIKOS. Attendere circa 24 ore prima di applicare i prodotti di finitura. Il tutto deve essere realizzato nel rispetto delle norme d’applicazione al costo di ............. al m² compreso materiale e posa in opera, esclusi ponteggi. Scheda Tecnica EXT/ev/03 Scheda Tecnica EXT/ev/03 Technical Qualities ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA is a homogeneous elastic medium grain coating, which provides a troweled finish. The product consists of special acrylic elastomeric resins in water dispersion which provide excellent weatherability and resistance to acids, U.V. rays and frost thaw cycles. Marble and sand selected grains and titanium dioxide hiding extenders give the product a high hiding power and a prestigious aesthetic finish. ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA is characterized by a good filling power, excellent water repellence and vapour permeability properties: it also prevents the formation of moulds and algae. The special acrylic resins and the addition of synthetic fibres make the product elastic, stretchable and highly flexible. For this reason, it is recommended for protecting and restoring all wall surfaces, and especially those that may be subject to cracking or fissures. It has a low odour level, is non inflammable and is friendly to both humans and the environment. Ideal Use Exterior surfaces that are subject to cracks and fissures. Surface Preparation The surfaces must be completely dry and mature, new plaster must mature at least 30 days in order to consent the carbonation process. Clean the surfaces to be decorated and remove loose or flaking materials. In case of new plasters, make sure the substrate is thoroughly dry. In case of restoration works, rectify any water infiltrations or leakages. Allow the wall to dry, then apply the special primer BLANKOR by OIKOS. Allow the primer to dry for 6 ÷ 8 hours then apply the finishing products. Application Method By stainless steel trowel, apply ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA according to its grain thickness. Using the same tool, polish the surface by sleeking with circular movements to evenly spread the product. It does not contain toxic solvents, aromatics or chlorides. There is no risk of any dangerous polymerisation. The product is considered to be a non dangerous substance if used in the technically correct manner. Normal cautionary measures for the handling of water based paints are advised. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual spilt material should be cleaned up using absorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time. Transportation must be carried out in accordance with international agreements. Specification Clean the surfaces to be decorated and remove loose or flaking materials. In case of new plasters, make sure the substrate is thoroughly dry. To make absorption uniform and chalking substrates more compact, apply a primer such as BLANKOR by OIKOS. Using an Inox steel trowel, evenly spread one coat of a homogeneous elastic coating such as ELASTRONG RIALTO/RIALTO VENEZIA by OIKOS according to the thickness given by the grain. Then polish by sleeking the surface with circular movements using the same tool. All must be carried out following closely all application instructions, cost .......... per m 2 including application and materials. Scaffolding not included.
