STUCCO Preparazione delle Superfici Surface Preparation Qualità Tecniche ELASTRONG STUCCO by OIKOS è uno speciale stucco elastico riempitivo per crepe ad effetto liscio opaco, per esterni. Formulato con speciali elastomeri acrilici in emulsione acquosa, fibre sintetiche e cariche inerti antiritiro, il prodotto è facilmente applicabile, presenta una buona adesione al supporto ed elevata elasticità, inoltre previene la formazione di muffe ed alghe. È ideale per rasature e stuccature anche su supporti che presentino cavillature e crepe, intonaci cementizi, cemento armato, pannelli prefabbricati, fibrocemento. Con basso odore, non infiammabile, amico dell’uomo e dell’ambiente. Campi d’Impiego Pareti esterne soggette a cavillature e crepe. Preparazione dei Supporti I supporti nuovi devono essere ben asciutti e stagionati. Pulire le superfici da trattare, asportando eventuali parti in fase di distacco e, dove possibile, allargare le crepe per facilitare la penetrazione del prodotto. Modalità di Applicazione Nel caso di supporti sfarinanti utilizzare, come fissativo NEOKRYLL by OIKOS, attendere 4 ÷ 6 ore per l’essiccazione. Stendere, con una spatola di acciaio inox, una o due mani di ELASTRONG STUCCO in funzione dello spessore desiderato. Attendere 24 ore prima di applicare i prodotti di finitura. Non contiene solventi tossici, aromatici, clorurati. Non si verificano polimerizzazioni pericolose. Il prodotto costituisce sostanza non pericolosa se utilizzato in modo tecnicamente idoneo. Si suggeriscono le normali cautele previste per la manipolazione delle pitture a base acquosa. Per lo stoccaggio e la movimentazione non sono previsti particolari accorgimenti; i contenitori, i residui ed eventuali spargimenti, raccolti utilizzando materiali assorbenti inerti quali: sabbia, terra, ecc., vanno smaltiti in conformità alle disposizioni nazionali o regionali vigenti. Il trasporto deve avvenire in osservanza degli accordi internazionali. Voci di Capitolato Pulire le superfici da trattare, asportando eventuali parti in fase di distacco e allargare le crepe, dove possibile, per facilitare la penetrazione del prodotto. I supporti nuovi devono essere ben asciutti e stagionati. Nel caso di supporti sfarinanti utilizzare un fissativo del tipo NEOKRYLL by OIKOS. A supporto pronto applicare, con una spatola di acciaio inox, una o due mani di uno stucco elastico riempitivo del tipo ELASTRONG STUCCO by OIKOS in funzione dello spessore desiderato. Scheda Tecnica EXT/es/02 Scheda Tecnica EXT/es/02 Technical Qualities ELASTRONG STUCCO by OIKOS is special elastic filler for exteriors with a smooth matt finish. Its special formula consists of acrylic elastomers in water dispersion, synthetic fibers and anti shrinkage inert fillers. The product is easy to apply, has excellent adhesion to substrate and outstanding elasticity preventing at the same time the development of mould and algae. It is ideal for smoothing and filling substrates subject to cracks and fissures, on concrete plasters, reinforced concrete, prefab panels and fiber cement. It has a low odour level, is non inflammable and is friendly to both humans and the environment. Ideal Use Interior and exterior surfaces subject to hairline cracks and fissures. Surface Preparation Clean the surfaces to be treated and remove loose or flaking materials. If possible, enlarge the fissures so as to make it easier for the product to enter. Application Method In case of chalking substrates apply, as primer, NEOKRYLL by OIKOS, allow 4 ÷ 6 hours to dry. Subsequently, according to the desired thickness, apply one or two coats of ELASTRONG STUCCO by OIKOS by stainless steel trowel. Allow 24 hours to dry before applying finishing products. Finish ELASTRONG by OIKOS finishing products. It does not contain toxic solvents, aromatics or chlorides. There is no risk of any dangerous polymerisation. The product is considered to be a non dangerous substance if used in the technically correct manner. Normal cautionary measures for the handling of water based paints are advised. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual spilt material should be cleaned up using absorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time. Transportation must be carried out in accordance with international agreements. Specification Clean the surfaces to be treated and remove loose or flaking materials.
